Yisrayl Hawkins is about to stand trial for being a Hebrew. His pending court case is based on his religious beliefs and HEBREW faith. At question: Do man's laws supersede the laws of the Creator or, is it as Chief Justice Jackson established at the Nuremberg trials- that a "higher law" of the Creator exists to which all nations, at ALL times, are subject? If one obeys the laws of the Creator, is he guilty of breaking the laws of man?
WE ARE ABOUT TO FIND OUT!
Nuremberg established 3 things: (1) There is a Higher law than any government's law (2) We are all obliged to obey this law and (3) Courts must seek out and enforce this Higher law.

HOW IT BEGAN- A NEWSPAPER vs A MAN
First, let me tell you who I am. My name is Micahyah D. Hawkins. I am a biblical researcher and analyst, an etymologist and bible code decipherer. I am also the Special Assistant and Executive Associate of Mr. Yisrayl Hawkins. I have been for the past 12 years.
Having worked so closely with Mr. Hawkins for numerous years, I feel compelled to speak up in his defense and put down the vile rumours and heinous lies which have been so brazenly formulated and published by the E.W. Scripps Company in the Abilene News Reporter.
The E.W. Scripps Company has knowingly published false statements about Yisrayl Hawkins and has incited hatred against the Hebrew faith and our Creator. They have called him a liar, a pawn of Satan AND a bigamist, they have denounced the Creator and His laws AND have managed to incite 3 Texan counties to demand that Mr. Hawkins and his fellow Hebrew friends and associates be FORCEFULLY removed from the area because of their religion and religious practices. A region wide poll was done by an independent agency and it had concretely determined that every person who had read about Yisrayl Hawkins in the newspaper printed by the E.W. Scripps Company, had a negative, hateful opinion of Hebrew people, their faith in general and, more specifically, for Mr. Hawkins himself.
I would like to bring to your remembrance, that international human rights treaties AND international criminal law forbids ALL media from intentionally publicly broadcasting, publishing and printing ANYTHING that would stir up the masses and encourage people to not only hate an individual or a specific group of people but to seek out their destruction as well. The LAW prohibits "direct and public incitement to commit genocide" - meaning, it is against the law to encourage a person or persons to attempt to destroy in whole or in part a national, ethnic, racial or religious group. It has been established that "incitement" most certainly acts as a trigger for the commission of genocide and is a crucial ingredient in gross human rights violations.
Having said this, NOW LOOK AGAIN TO THE COMMENTS PRINTED BY THE E.W. SCRIPPS Company. They have been printing these loathsome, virulent comments for years- calling for the death of Yisrayl Hawkins because of who he is - a HEBREW. I have chosen to speak up at this time because the lies have now escalated and entered into a legal arena within a small Texas town where the mentality is that HEBREW people should be forcefully removed and their religion destroyed. (How very similar to the makings of Hitler's Holocaust and Nazi ideals.) Being forced now to defend the HEBREW people and his honorable name in a court of law that is riddled with dishonest and deceitful judicial officials, I must now inform the world about the real Yisrayl Hawkins - who he is and what he has done for the international community.
I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT ANOTHER ATTEMPT AT A HEBREW HOLOCAUST IS TAKING PLACE IN A SMALL TEXAS TOWN. I AM INFORMING YOU THAT THE HEBREW RELIGION IS BEING PUT ON TRIAL WITH THE SOLE INTENTION OF DESTROYING IT AND THE PEOPLE WHO PRACTICE IT!

As a Canadian Citizen, I first attempted to address the Canadian Government regarding this situation. I contacted the Minister of Justice and Attorney General, the Prime Minister, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Governor General of Canada. I had written an official notice of the existence of information concerning serious violations of The Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. I requested that the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada exercise universal jurisdiction and investigate certain individuals and the E.W. Scripps Company for namely violating international law by committing the crime of Direct and Public Incitement to commit Genocide against a Hebrew people. I received only one brief, emailed response from the Attorney General's Office informing me that "although they could sympathize with me, the matter appeared to be a personal problem". This from a country who is a leader in human rights issues, who upholds international law (or gives the appearance of doing so), who signed and ratified the Statute of the ICC and even enacted comprehensive legislation to better fit the International Criminal Court and its high legal standards. They have refused to help me with this international, legal matter.
So now, I come to you, the people.

As I mentioned earlier, I have known Yisrayl Hawkins for 12 years and have been working by his side. When Mr. Hawkins travelled to the United Nations to promote character education and peace, I was there. When he convened, hosted and chaired the Third Global Conference On Peace, I was there and assisted him with all formalities. When he travelled the world to meet dignitaries, government officials, politicians and world leaders ALL in the name of peace, I was there and stood by his side. I, too, wanted to help bring harmony to the nations and contribute to their positive pursuit of peace, joy and abundant living. Mr. Hawkins is an honest, peaceful, law abiding man - one who believes in the Creator, His laws, international peace and universal harmony.
How then, can a State judge a man according to his religion? Why would they put the CREATOR on trial??!!

His works and honorable deeds are NOT the works of 'a worm', 'sorry bastard' or 'selfish pig' as the E.W. SCRIPPS Company printed and would have you believe.... nor is the HEBREW FAITH! Mr. Hawkins has been so bad-mouthed by this media conglomerate that he has had to appear on national television to refute their printed false statements and nefarious comments that have tarnished his very public, peaceful endeavors and noteworthy, humanitarian works. Even on television, Mr. Hawkins was verbally attacked - specifically by the foxes at FOX, DATELINE, PRIMETIME and NANCY GRACE - further adding fuel to the blazing fire that the E.W. Scripps Company had set.

The Texas town that intends to try Mr. Hawkins has set his court date for:
NOVEMBER 9
November 9 is a famous day in world history. NOVEMBER 9 is known by historians as "the night of Broken Glass". This event is often referred to as the beginning of the Holocaust. This night changed the nature of the Hebrew persecution from economic, political and social to the physical with beatings, incarceration, MURDER and GASSING. This event foreshadowed the GENOCIDE to come. That night, the Hebrew people were called "parasites" - it was printed in an article released on November 11 by Joseph Goebbels. He was a German politician and Reichsminister of Propaganda in Nazi Germany from 1933-1945. Propaganda? Parasites? Much like the E.W. Scripps Company printing the word "worms" and allowing Mr. Hawkins and his Hebrew friends to be referred to in such a manner. What began on November 9 in 1938 ended with millions of Hebrew people being slaughtered. Genocide.
NOVEMBER 9 is NOT a coincidence.
The HEBREW RELIGION IS NOW ABOUT TO BE PUT ON TRIAL. IF YOU PUT RELIGION ON TRIAL, YOU PUT THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE ON TRIAL....... and if you do that, then we ALL MUST BE A WITNESS TO THIS HISTORICAL EVENT!
